|
|
BIOCLERE® is a biological wastewater treatment plant which is safe to operate and reliable. The system copes with small to medium amounts of wastewater, from single family homes to sites with a population of up to 1000 people.
The BIOCLERE® system is manufactured in Poland under Finnish license.
It comprises septic tank for mechanical separation and a BIOCLERE® biofilter unit for biological treatment process. As wastewater trickles through the biological filter media, organic material is transformed into biomass, which grows on the surface of the HUFO® filtermedia. Treated effluent is separated from the biomass in the clarifier and can be discharged to soil or surface waters. Supplementary stages can be added to provide fully nitrified final effluent or phosphate removal.

Correctly installed Bioclere® will guarantee years of trouble-free performance. Bioclere® is sealed and insulated to minimize the impact of seasonal temperature variations on the treatment process. Bioclere® minimizes the impact of daily flow variations and short absence of sewage flow. For longer interruptions in operation it is sufficient to switch off the main switch and just switch on again when re-started. |

More than 8000 BIOCLERE® units have been approved and installed in 22 countries in Europe, Asia and America, of which 500 are in Poland.
High ecological effects of BIOCLERE® system confirmed by many foreign and national certificates e.g. National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) Certificate in USA and Technical Approval of Instytut Ochrony ¦rodowiska in Warsaw AT/2003-08-0043/A1.
The BIOCLERE® system was awarded and Public Award SUPER - EKO'92 at POLEKO'92 and Golden Medal at the International Environmental Fair POLEKO '98.
